Repair service
We offer a comprehensive inspection and repair service for a wide variety of mobile devices and accessories. To get an item repaired by Blackroc Technology you must complete a short online form (please click on the link below). This asks you for contact details and details of the item(s) being returned. Once this form is completed you will be provided with a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) Number. Once you have this you can send us the item(s) for repair.
