The range of services comprises:

- Detailed feasibility reports, with recommendations
- Full specification of system proposal, and costings
- Custom hardware design and manufacture if required
- Supervision of hardware installation
- Provision of Support and Maintenance contracts
In the case of fixed RFID reading stations, these are only provided by Blackroc where accompanied by services from our professional services team, because of the necessity for a trained and specialist RFID engineer to specify and physically install the equipment. Blackroc has invested over the years in the personnel, the specialist equipment and the training to be able to provide a quality service to our clients in this area. A knowledge of the underlying RF physics is important for successful implementation. Our RFID professional services team is backed up by the knowledge base inherent in the RFID reader and antenna design team.
For RFID initial sales support, Blackroc also provide RFID seminar and presentation services together with demonstration hardware and expert speakers. We also maintain a fully equipped demonstration centre in Stafford, where all of these solutions can be competently demonstrated. This facility is also offered to our channel partners as Part of our pre-sales support.
